Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is a temporary position providing coverage for a leave of absence. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the office environment, offering a welcoming presence to all visitors and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls as necessary.
  • Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting with general office duties, including ordering lunch and managing breakroom supplies.
  • Handling office supply orders, and managing FedEx and Amazon packages.
  • Providing support as an office assistant when needed.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recent work history in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Background in reception or office assistance.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, with regular office hours.

Additional Details:

Compensation: The pay for this position is $22 per hour.
